Johan Sandoval a5c0a5210e Knowledge base: /docs/<title> permalinks, search, categories, count, better PDF
Articles get their own address (shareable, back/forward work); the list is
searchable by title and text, shows the article count, and is grouped into
Applications and Troubleshooting & Guides via a hidden category line set
from the editor. PDF export lays out at page width with page breaks, a title
block and page numbers; Print uses the browser's vector print. Inline code
is a pill that glows blue on hover, blockquotes no longer squeeze, and
GitHub-style [!NOTE] alerts render. [[Badge]] syntax inside code spans is
left alone.

WMI Namespace Fix

Symptoms: Software Center is blank, the ConfigMgr client shows Inactive, or the backup task sequence fails with WMI errors (0x80041003, 0x8004100e).

1. Verify the repository

Open an elevated PowerShell:

winmgmt /verifyrepository
  • WMI repository is consistent: skip to step 3.
  • inconsistent: continue.

2. Salvage the repository

winmgmt /salvagerepository

Run /verifyrepository again. If it's still inconsistent, as a last resort:

winmgmt /resetrepository

3. Repair the ConfigMgr client

& "$env:WinDir\CCM\ccmrepair.exe"

Wait 10-15 minutes, then confirm Configuration Manager in Control Panel lists its actions.

4. Re-check in USMT Dash

The client status in the device details should return to Installed / Active after the next hardware inventory cycle.
