Activate with the user's license key (from the Analytics team) or sign in to Tableau Cloud if using login-based licensing. ## Before Wiping the Old Device Licenses activated with a product key must be **deactivated** first (Help > Manage Product Keys > Deactivate), or the key stays consumed. ## Drivers Database drivers (SQL Server, Oracle, ...) aren't included. Reinstall the ones the user had. Check *Missing Software* on the **All Devices** page.
